TL;DR Local options like the Swiss - Twint, Spanish - Bizum, or British - Faster Payment liquidity keep growing steadily. However, the highest liquidity is found in the broad European Payment Methods, with Revolut being the most liquid one, just followed by SEPA, Wise, and PayPal.
